DMCA Policy

At Games, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that adhere to the DMCA and other applicable laws when they are properly submitted to us.

If you believe that any content on our site has been copied or used in a way that infringes on your copyright, please provide us with the following information:

If your content was removed or access was disabled due to an infringement notice, and you believe this action was taken in error or you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice. Please include the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Your own physical or electronic signature (including your full legal name).
3. A description of the content that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared prior to removal.
4. A statement confirming, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
5. Your contact details, including your address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the person who originally claimed copyright infringement and inform them that the content could be restored. Unless they take legal action to obtain a court order preventing the restoration, the content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our sole discretion.

Please note that submitting a counter-notice may result in legal proceedings to resolve the ownership of the content. Misuse of this process or making false claims could have serious legal consequences in your jurisdiction.

Games reserves the right to remove content that is alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
